Step 1: Skin Prep. Start with clean, dry skin - skip the serums and moisturisers before patching.

Step 2: Peel & Apply. Peel off the protective layer to reveal the adhesive side. Apply to your chest and wear for 2-3 hours.

Step 3: Remove, Re-store & Re-wear. Gently remove, rinse with water and pop it back on the Storage Sheet. There's no need to dry the patch. Each patch can be reused up to 15 times.
